The edge of the finish where damaged, and the low sides of the dampers shows marks, so I had to black them again with dye.</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff" SIZE=3 FAMILY="SANSSERIF" FACE="Arial" LANG="0"><BR>

The problem in fact was that the damper wood was softer than expected on this piano.
