Add to that the fact that piano technicians vary considerably in what they charge for labor, and you can see why it would be difficult to give even a ballpark figure.  By the way, if you are not a piano technician qualified in installing the system, do not try to do it yourself.  Dampp-Chaser will not honor the guarantee, and a fairly simple mistake could damage the piano.  But properly installed, I think they are great!
