Hi Marcel, I wish it could be posted to pianotech, however it is a copyrighted, 26 page booklet for practicing audiologists.  That's why I was so excited that she would let me have a copy.  My professor has seen my research on whether piano technicians have a greater chance of having their hearing damaged, as well as copies of the hearing tests that I have been making available at some conventions for a year now, and let me have the information.  I will be glad to look anything up for anyone who asks and will take it to any conventions I attend.
