<BR>If the serial number on the contract is not the serial number on the pia=
no Biasco is trying to foist on your client, then your client has no obligat=
ion to take the instrument. He bought a specific piano, and it is obvi=
ously no longer available. The contract doesn't say, "any U-1 Yamaha w=
e decide to give him," right?

<BR>Also, I believe there is a law that gives the customer a certain period =
of time to back out of any deal, even after delivery, whether or not the cus=
tomer has signed a contract. To the best of my knowledge, this is true=
in California, but I'm not sure about Illinois.
