<DIV><FONT face=Arial>This reminds me of a customer, a few years ago, =
who had a
Heintzman</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>piano.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>As I was tuning it, I thought to myself, this =
piano is
dead,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>it doesn't sound like a Heintzman.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>When I finished tuning, I asked the customer if =
she liked
the </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>sound. She asked me why, so I said I thought it =
was not
up</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>to what I thought a Heintzman should =
be.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>She said to me, in the 30 years that she had had =
the
piano,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial> from new, I was the first one to tell her =
something
was wrong </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>with it. Then she said that from the time it was =
new, she
had</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>thought something was wrong with it. =
</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>I took the grooves out of the hammers, and =
juiced them a
bit.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>She was really pleased.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>I can only think, that no one had mentioned =
anything to
her,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>as they thought a Heintzman was an excellent =
piano, and
it</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>must be right.</FONT></DIV>
