In order to get the = washer inside the button, ya have to drill/ream it a bit for a #6 washer. The = tool is made out of Drill Rod. The part of the rod, that goes up through the = Button is, 1st, threaded w/6-32 threads. The underside is peened a bit to get the = washer to stay in place. (I found it easier to just silver solder the lower washer = to the stem.) The nut is a 6-32. Once the nut is in place, where the button = pivots smoothly, I took a center punch and put 4 peens around the top of the = stem. Then I jammed the nut up against that, so it won't move and tighten when = you're using the tool.</DIV> <DIV>Hope that helps.
