I have tried repeatedly to get Earthlink to allow more than 500 email addresses and/or domains to be blocked, but they won't increase this. Although I have my settings on "high", I still get about 50 spams per day. Why on earth (ha ha) would they cap blocks to 500? I strongly advise against signing up with Earthlink.
