Don -
Maybe not, though I'd hate to go to court arguing about his use of
"always", like, "always, when I'm there,
almost"? I've spent the last hour looking up various weather
sites, including the site you sited. Nothing like too much
information of the wrong kind to stifle one's enthusiasm. As
best I could make out, (since the closest station including humidity info
was Vancouver), the area seems pretty darn humid, not to mention pretty
darn pretty. Anyway, don't forget he was talking about a basement,
the average example of which, around here, at least, stays pretty darn
damp, even if general weather is dry.

Regina looks pretty too. One question Don. What's a
"Brewpub"?

Regina is also noted for having
more brewpubs per capita than any other city in Canada

I did a study some years ago for major centers in Canada. There was
no
place where the RH was *always* 60% plus. The raw data was provided
by
Environment Canada which has equipment that is "to die for" and
the math is
simple enough for even a duffer like myself to do. I do believe that
when
he did his measurements the datum were high--but I don't believe they
are
that way 24/7/52.
