I've used a Dremel tool for years to unstring a piano. However, I
use the fiber reinforced emery wheels instead of a metal saw blade.

thereby eliminating that procedure. The pins could then be removed with
the coils<br>
in place.<br>

You'll need a dust mask, I don't think it's a good idea to be breathing
in the steel dust.<br>
