<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I use a pda with palm but use =
it with Outlook
which is the same program I have with Office XP. I keep the =
customers
complete data in an acess database which you can also sinc with on the =
pda with
a program such as pendragon. The appointments are kept in the =
Outlook
calander and all important information about the customer and piano I =
need I
write on the calander. Whenever I set an appointment with a =
previous
customer which is usually at the time of the tuning I just cut and past =
the
appointment with all the info to the new date. If a previous =
customer
calls for and appointment I just do a search for the last contact with =
the
customer and cut and past the info on the computer and I have all the
information I usually need as far as notes from the last =
tuning..</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I know that there are programs out =
there that
will maybe do it better but this works for me. I have been =
using
Pendragon as my pda/acess sinc for probably 5 years. Back then the =
Pendragon
cost about $100. I am not sure if it is even available anymore and =
probably by now there are better programs.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hope this helps.</FONT></DIV>

<P>Can you bring up the Contact info from the
calendar/appointment? In Palm I have to open the Contacts =
area and
write in the name etc. I wish I could click on the =
appointment and
go to the customer's info with one click...am I dreaming?</P>
