Another writer published an article after speaking to a local piano moving c= ompany and a local piano dealer both to verify wether Babe could have made t= his historic throw.  Obviously both have stated that it would be physic= ally impossible for him to pick up and throw an old (or not so old at THAT t= ime) upright weighing in the vicinity of 600lbs.  But they did state th= at a group of guys partying with Babe could have pushed it off the deck, so = I'm sure the search will go on.  Hopefully they will research this a bi= t further and find out that even if the piano is there, restoring it is out = of the question. ~Lanie ________________________________________ Moody Piano, Inc.
