That's what they get. Oddly enough, that applies to a lot of concert venues. Despite what the old ladies purport "THEIR PIANO" to be, it is still only as good as the care it receives. Pitch raising and temperature/humidity changes are aspects to which the customer needs be educated. Whether they believe it or not depends on a few other factors. Enjoy tuning, enjoy your customers and they will enjoy you.
