After designing the piano, building the = prototype and helping out with the initial tooling up process I had = nothing more to do with the project. Yes, a few things have changed. Some good some = not so good. Mostly, I think, the company has been going through the process of = becoming grand piano builders. There was an initial impression that this = would be little different than building verticals. It is. Grand piano building = requires something of a different mind set. More things matter in = bigger, but more subtle, ways. I took a look at the piano and the assembly process = for the first time in some ten or twelve years just a few months ago. While I = did have some suggestions they have really come a long way on their own.
