<html> <body> Gorden - Unless my math is wrong, 0.2mm converts to .008", which is the thickness of a blue front punching.  You can probably feel that when you are leveling keys.  However, setting rep lever height is done indirectly, by observing the slight movement of the hammer when "winking" the jack, or, in other words, gently depressing the jack heel.  If the rep lever is too high, you will observe no hammer movement, nor feel any resistance to the jack movement.  If it is too low, the hammer will drop very noticeably, and you will feel a significant drag on the jack as it escapes the knuckle.  Also, the jack might not be returning fully to its rest position.  You should assume that you will need to set this height more than once, as it will be affected by other aspects of regulation, such as spring strength or jack position.
