Terry,
I tuned my first one last week, a 6'4" grand, maybe two years old.
Forster has only one "e" in it.

I did not need to take the keyblocks off to remove the keyslip. Before
you push it down, look underneath the front edge for two little knobs
that must be turned parallel to the keyslip to remove it. It sounds to
me like the company used a couple methods ever the years to hold the
keyslip in place.

Terry, they are very nice indeed. One little head scratcher, the
keyslip is removed by taking the keyblocks off and pushing the slip
down, not pulling it up like on other makes.
