different then a<BR>car dealership swapping out the engine with one =

another car. The<BR>action probably has a serial number on it
somewhere in which case it is not<BR>going be the same as the rest =
of the
piano. The action is as much part of<BR>the piano as any other =
component. The buyer has a very good case here. If<BR>I =
was the
buyer I would not accept the piano and demand a complete
refund<BR>immediately. Even if the dealer agreed to "fix" the =
problem
the false<BR>business practices alone are more than enough to =
warrant
termination of the<BR>purchase agreement. I certainly wouldn't =
want to
