<HTML>List, There are two new items on my website today.  First, there is a reprint from Owen Jorgensen's book, Tuning the HT's by Ear of the article on the 1/7 Comma Meantone.  Also included are the electronic tuning data not supplied in the book and a permanent rebuttal to those like Ed Foote who chose to ridicule the choice of this temperament at the Convention in Albuquerque in 1995. There is also a new link to Dr. Robert Chuckrow's website, "Historical Tuning" where his writing provides a foundation for mine.  You can also order a book which will get you started tuning HT's by ear through easy to understand instructions.
