an 1890s Fisher upright. The belly was left original. I used Abel =
Encore
hammers from Wally Brooks. I was amazed and very pleased with the way
the hammers made the piano sound. Part of my thinking in using the =
Abel
hammers is that an old soundboard may need a bit firmer hammer as it has =
likely
lost some efficiency. Anyway, worked for me and I would do the same
again.</FONT></DIV>
