<HTML>A few years ago, when I worked for Baldwin, they sold = an old C.F.Stein grand.  It was a decent instrument, with a nice mahago= ny cabinet, as I remember.  It was probably around 5'8" or so. &nb= sp; It was sold to an elderly couple.  The man called to complain that = the treble notes weren't working, which I found strange because I had  = tuned it prior to delivery.  When I got there, he showed me the piano a= nd played the notes.  It worked just fine.  I told him so and he s= aid "Oh, I must be going deaf".
