Why? Gotta say, that bugs me. Maybe just me. I charge for any wasted
time, and touch-ups, etc. But... double? Did you have to rebook other
customers in order to accept this job?<br>
My answer to your question is "No". I don't believe that's
normal. Or justified.<br>
