<BR>Actually, Pat, you have a very valid point. The problems might not be related
<BR>to just the heat being left on. The fire several years ago probably also did
<BR>some damage that is not totally recognizable at first. I think you are right
<BR>at that it is time to evaluate the piano, and perhaps consider total
<BR>restoration, if not replacement.
