Use gray Scothch Brite and you won't have the 'banding' caused by the
steel wool.<br>

With steel wool you have to physically lift the wool off the surface to
start a new scratch-pattern.<br>
With Scotch Brite you can 'walk' it across the surface.<br>
<br>
The biggest benefit is that there is no steel wool dust to breathe
in.<br>
