the customer
list once a week to the ipaq. Here's how:</FONT></DIV>

Mailmerge. Leave all the filter fields blank and click on Next or =
Finish
until your done. This will select all of your =
clients.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>2. In Microsoft Access (Oops! I =
just assumed
you'd have the MSOffice suite. If not, do you have any software =
that can
read .mdb files?) Click File / Open, go to the PTBiz directory and =
select
"Mailmerge Data". You now have your client list in Access (or
Whatever).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>3. Click File / Export, type in =
whatever
filename you want. Under File Type, select Microsoft Excel. =
Select
the directory for your Activesync shared files, and click =
OK.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>4. The next time you sync your =
ipaq, the
client list will be written to your ipaq as a pocket excel =
file.</FONT></DIV>
