<DIV>Below is a picture of my little rig. I just took a length of =
bendable
natural-gas line and put air-line fittings on it and =
a small-oriface tip. I
didn't come up with any good way to attach it directly to the drill =
press, so I
jury-rigged a piece of wood to help hold it in place. I run the air at =
about 40
psi and find that I can easily hold the drill bit in my hand immediately =
after
drilling a whole section of pinblock - it is barely warm. The air does a =
real
nice job of clearing the cuttings from both the work area and from the =
drill bit
itself. Cheap, easy, effective.</DIV>
