<P>Thanks Dave. It also helps that my Mortgage pmt is only $835 per month, my 2003 Honda CRV is oaid off, and I have no credit card debt or kids to support! My only beef with what Formsma said about "crap is still crap"....I look at those jobs as a "challenge", and when i finish those jobs, their piano(s) are often in better playing condition than when they were new, mostly because of bad, insufficient or NO prep. </P></DIV><BR>Terry Peterson
