The time required is that for the application of glue to the ribs and clamping the panel down onto the ribs<font color="#0000FF"> (this is all done the right way up, and not inverted as it is when a shaped caul is involved and either go bars or pressurised air employed)</font>. The sound board does not extend out over the cut-off area.
