<DIV>I'm assuming that the una corda pedal operated manually also shift the action too far. In addition to the traditional key-block adjustment screw to limit the travel of the key frame there should also be a capstan screw type stop under the key bed that limits the travel of the shift lever. Take the treble keyblock out and adjust the under-the-key-bed stop correctly (so the action just misses the left treble string). Then, with the una corda pedal depressed, adjust the treble key block screw so that it just barely squeeks in.</DIV>
<DIV>Then calibrate. <BR>At least that's how we used to do it.</DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Joe, The disklavier pedals first need the standard acoustic adjustment, then probably disklavier adjustments at the solenoid and a recalibration. Just schedule the next visit when you can reach Yamaha service by phone in CA, if you havent done the DKV adjustments and cal before. They can talk you through it. 800-854-1569 2,2.</FONT></DIV>
