<HTML><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica><HTML><FONT SIZE=2 PTSIZE=10 FAMILY= ="SANSSERIF" FACE="Arial" LANG="0">Very common  problem that I se= e consistently.  Plate placement, inaccurate bridge notching, and reall= y poor termination, with capo blow through etc.  At least the action pr= oblems can be dealt with, sort of.  Current gripe is way too much flex = in the Kluge key that is being used.  Feels like bad key bedding but on= ce that is corrected you still have the problem of the key feeling like it f= alls out from under you on a hard blow.  No power.  I have been pu= tting gussets on the sides of the keys in the bass to stiffen.  This us= ed to be a B, D problem on the long keys but now exists in the smaller piano= s.  I'm looking for a fast fix for this problem as the real correction = is a shoe.  Way too much time spent for a new out of the box piano. Any= one have any ideas? I am toying with trying to put a very thin coat of epoxy= on either side of the key about two inches on either side of the button.&nb= sp; This may give me the stiffness they need.  BTW won't be able to joi= n you in Nashville.  TP</FONT></HTML>
