Epoxy paint pens today come from arts and crafts stores in two different tip sizes and a wide variety of colors. I used to be able to get them wherever model kits were sold, but not in the last two years or so. Maybe in your area you still can.

Mistakes----good question---- they don't drip or anything----most mistakes I make are of the sort that I go out of the "lines" a bit, so the letter just gets wider. But, the control is so good with those pens, they actually make it pretty easy. Come to think of it, I do remember getting an occassional blob, when the pen is new and paint first starts coming out the tip. Best to fool around with it on something else in the beginning.

Good Luck!

>Hi Diane. What on earth is an epoxy paint pen? I have never heard of such a thing. If one makes a goof with the lettering is there some solvent (or whatever material/technique) to clean it up with that will not remove the gold/clear lacquer upon which the black was painted? Where does one get such a thing? Thanks

> An expoxy paint pen with a narrow tip works great most of the time, one with a wide tip is often necessary to fill in large letters easier.
