I've done it only once, but it should be fairly obvious how to do it. I hope others will correct my bad memory, but don't you just remove the rail, then remove the felt, remove the glue and springs, replace the springs, and replace the felt? Of course, you might have to adjust the tension of the springs, but you'd have to also do that with the others.
