I'm not politically correct either. I thought the piece was quite
humorous, and illustrative of how postmoderns have become fools in
their attempts to placate everyone and offend no one. <br>
<br>
I wasn't thinking of a "holy day" since "holiday" in our vernacular can
refer to any day off work, such as July 4. I guess if you wanted to get
downright persnickety about it, "Christmas" used to be "Christ Mass."
I'm not Catholic, so I don't follow the church calendar; however, the
Christmas season is still a good time to remember there is a greater
reason for the season than the "cha-ching" of the cash register.<br>
