Dave, this has been my experience. We work with the tools and the
knowledge we have, and for some, it doesn't amount to a hill of
beans..other times, we look for things to do in the alloted time.<br>

Keep stabilizing, and don't fret over those who don't appreciate your
efforts.<br>
