<HTML><BODY BGCOLOR="#ffffff"><FONT SIZE=2>Check the felt on the hammer rail. If it is worn or missing the jack will <BR>not return. I had the same problem on a piano that had a mouse in it who ate <BR>through the felt. I replaced the felt and then regulated the hammers and <BR>working fine now.
