And as always with these things, (I would guess with Pianotech as well) the Pianolist attracts more listeners than contributors. With it being a closed List, there is more sharing of experiences rather than the Q & A system I have observed here. Contributors are mostly experienced tuners - no one would ever ask the "a client phoned and told me there is a sticking note - what could it be?" type question!
