I was called in by the university to look at this =

piano
has the castors missing; it was sitting too low. I ordered and =
received new "Steinway" castors and in the meantime the piano was =
moved to
a music room in a new building.

buried themselves into the deep pile carpeting at it's former location =
and
caught me for a sucker.%!^&**"@?%*
