<HTML>When I first = started out several years ago, I was able to ride my mountain bike to the fe= w appointments I had.  It was great!  I stayed in pretty good shap= e.  I travel too far afield and have too many tools to do that these da= ys, unfortunately.   The positives include:  better outlook on life(endorfins are wonder= ful), better physical fitness, lower gas bill. The negatives include:  smaller area coverage, rain, flat tires, cu= stomer relations(high dweeb factor; I'm sure I lost a couple of customers to= this one...), sweat in the customer's home, and above all, broken hands and= limbs. As an active cyclist, I'm familiar with accidents.  If you're on tw= o wheels, the odds are that you'll fall down someday.  Most of us can i= ll afford to be laid up for any length of time, especially with a broken cla= vicle(collarbone, most common bike injury), or damaged hands.  If you r= ide, be careful!
