<P>I've been playing with silly putty for years to exercise my hands. They tend to get a bit stiff, even with working, or maybe especially with working, and the silly putty really gives them a good workout. I use two sizes, a single egg's worth and three eggs' worth. They exercise the muscles differently. Where else do you find useful exercises that are so much fun!?</P>
