It is simply a steel rod with a slot milled in the end and a = short tube soldered on the tip to capture the regulating spade of the jack r= ails hanger. The rail hangers can bre= ak if they have been bent into position during or after manufacture, so note= if the rail moves up and down while you are removing the hanger screw and s= traighten. </BLOCKQUOTE> 10-4.  I am hoping that a drop-screw regulator or perhaps the regulator= that fits the eye-hooks on letoff buttons might work.  If not, I will = have to use long-nose pliers (carefully) I suppose.  And stock up on Be= n-Gay for the wrist joints.  Thanks muchly for the feedback.  I ap= preciate it.
