<HTML>Hi Harry, I Haven't had any problems with liability with any part of the systems a= nd I've installed a whole bunch of them. The tubing does get dirty. I carry = an inexpensive gun cleaning kit with me in my car and you can quickly clean = these tubes. I use the humidifier treatment solution on the cleaning tool. W= orks great. Bob Russell RPT</HTML>
