<P>I'm 5'8", tall for a woman, I sit to tune a tall upright but only develop arm muscle strains if I forget to bring my impact hammer. The impact hammer changes the way you hold your arm. Also helps the shoulder. Hard to get used to at first, but most never want to go back once they do.</P>
