Someone else has mentioned Instrument Covers in Salem, Oregon. (800-274-4543). I strongly recommend this firm. Dennis Haley, the proprieter, is very co-operative, knowledgeable, and willing to do custom work. Their padded cover has been very successful for us. I know this is late, but might still be useful.
