Ivory keytop salvaging

Anyone have a quick and painless (for the ivory) method of removing ivory
keytops for re-use on another keyboard?

Also, is there any risk of chipping when cutting ivory on a bandsaw? I
need to cut a piece down to a width that's narrow enough for a fortepiano
keytop (black key).
