Detuning 13 notes (aka: Tuning for outside groups)

I'd definatly take this up with a real serious tone in my voice to the folks
what confirmed this and appointed with you. Secondly, for the future I would
never schedule a tuning with anyone other then the person whos going to pay
me.  I learned that years ago.... seems cold to some... but most of those I can
do without.
