Conrad,

I think that is what Jim was saying.  On a side note we in Sioux Falls
actually were in the Minnesota Territory before there was a Dakota
Territory.  So, if I had gone to visit Jim I could have come from either
Minnesota or Dakota Territory.

Which brings me to some questions:  what are the differences between these
three tuning programs?  Did they all actually come from the same beginnings?
