Damper Lift Problem

Lengthen the pitman or replace the leather or felt to make it so.

If it is one that has a floating pitman just make a new punching and slip it
under of over the pitman.

If it is the old style with a bushed hole it supposedly slides in then put a
piece of leather under the one on the lever.

You may then need to adjust the stop block to get the pedal to raise the dampers
very slightly more than does a black note.

Have fun crawling around o the floor. :)
