This is an interesting concept. Our concert hall is also used by outsiders, 
and when a piano is used, I get paid directly by the user for tuning the piano. 
I usually do the tuning on "company time," so it's more or less a double dip. 
But we have a new chair coming in, and maybe I'll talk to her about having 
that money go into a piano maintenance budget.
