Jeff,

See my previous post for some info but YOU need to look at the program and LEARN it also and tell your wife what you think is important in your day to day work.  She will not be as familiar with this as you...(personally, I can't get my wife to have any interest in my work, let alone doing the customer stuff, so you are one lucky guy!).   Get a Palm/Pocket PC and you will simplify her job!   Remember, if she is taking all the calls and entering the info and scheduling the appt., she still has to get that info to you, the worker.   Make that seamless!
