But we have our office manager talking with purchasing. Even if we have to go through the bid process again, if one of the other dealers comes back with a lower bid, we''ll have to ask why he didn't give us this "deal" in the first place. As far as the documentation is concerned, let's just say that there are many ways the game can be played. If purchasing wants us to fill out forms, and show numbers, I have those ready to go.
