Tuning stability

I second this Mark on this one.  I did several treble sections over the
summer, and it takes several months and a good number of tunings to get it
to really stabilize.  If they are reluctant to pay for the stringing, etc.,
they will also be unwilling to fork out the cash for the extra tunings
needed to keep it in concert condition, and you will end up being the one
scraping the egg off your face.
