[CAUT] Membership update

Hi Wim,

Wish you had checked with me on this first. At the request of the CAUT
committee, the Home Office will be collecting data from the whole
membership (not just this list) regarding contract and full time CAUT
members. This data will be ported to the webmaster for the purpose of
updating the CAUT list. I was hoping to avoid duplication and corruption
of the data by having it taken directly from the dues form survey. I
hope everyone on the list will take the time to fill out the form,
whether or not the data on the website is correct or not. This will help
the CAUT committee, Home Office and PTG have an accurate database of
information to work from. Please take a moment before you mail in your
dues to fill out the survey. It is something the CAUT committee has
worked very hard to implement and I want the data to be as accurate,
complete and useful as possible. 
In advance, I would like to thank you for your participation and the
CAUT committee for all the work they went to to make the survey a
reality.

In an effort to update the current CAUT list on the PTG web site, please
take a moment and make sure all the information is correct. Not only
check your name, but if you know of a tech who is no longer at a school,
please let me know. This information will passed along to our web
master, who will then correct the information. Also, if you know a CAUT
tech, whether he/she is a member of PTG or not, full time, part time,
contract, or other, who is not on the list, please encourage him/her to
contact me. We want as many members as possible.
